Product Notes
Please note that we require a prescription for private rentals of oxygen concentrators. The prescription MUST contain the liter flow, and MUST state that the user is able to use a conserving device. These are portable units approved by FAA for use on commercial airlines. The user MUST contact his/her airline to find out how many batteries are required, and if any forms are required to be filled out. If the user is renting the portable oxygen to move outside AMS service areas, he/she is responsible for returning all equipment in the same working order as when it was delivered. The user is responsible for shipping the portable oxygen concentrator back. He/she may use a mail carrier of his/her choice, but MUST purchase $5,000.00 of insurance. Our portable oxygen concentrators ARE NOT to be used in conjunction with CPAP/BiLEVEL devices. Do NOT smoke when using the oxygen concentrator as oxygen supports combustion.
